Endodontics in Toronto
If you’re feeling intense pain or sensitive to hot and cold in a tooth, you may have a tooth infection. In this case, a root canal procedure will be required to save the tooth.

Root Canal
Inside the tooth we have a bundle of nerves knowns as the ‘pulp’. Damage and decay, if left untreated, can end up getting inside the tooth and infecting the pulp. Endodontics treatments can save the tooth and prevent further damage. First, your dentist will drill a hole inside the tooth and remove the infected pulp. The cavity will then be filled with a composite material that protects the tooth structure.
Your dentist will ensure you’re informed and comfortable throughout your entire root canal procedure.
